Life in Reality

Last year when I broke my ankle while away on a trip, I was so lucky to have travel insurance.  I actually missed my flight by an entire day.  You can’t just break a bone in a strange town where you know no one and just keep right on going. 

I had purchased the insurance on a whim, in case I over-slept, in case I didn’t get to go because I had the flu but the truth is, every trip I’ve taken since that time, I have most definitely made sure that I purchased travel insurance. 

I can’t say how much you can recover with travel insurance and the cost of the insurance is really very minimal compared to the costs you might endure otherwise.
