I’ve been working it hard, well as hard as one can with those pesky static exercises.  I do as much upper body as I can but because of my broken leg, I’m still doing static exercises or physical therapy kin of things for my lower body.  You would be surprised how much upper body work you can do while sitting in a chair. 

I was fortunate enough to be included in a fairly large campaign with a gaming system that has this nice lady who prompts you to do more and encourages you along the way.  But, if you are like me and you find yourself sitting because of an injury, you might want to go in search of a weight loss diet pill so that you can just prod your metabolism along until you can get busy doing some real work-outs.
