Books are definitely the lifeline to learning.  We have more books in this house than any other single item.  My children love to have books read to them and now that the oldest one is reading, he is quick to grab a book when the youngest asks for a story. 

If you can’t access your local library easily, then you will want to check out the best books you can find and one place to look is in the section on Amazon books.  You can find great books for yourself as well as your young children and get good prices on them as well.  Some books just never grow old.
