XBOX 360 and I’m not even a Gamer

I’ve never been a big fan of console games.  And, then, I had children.  Honestly, when all of my friends were hanging out in the arcades trying to watch for hot guys, I was bored to tears.  At home, I never asked my parents for the most expensive game console on the market at Christmas.  And, then I had children of my own.

I’ve found that consoles like the xbox 360 have some of the best fitness games available and if even if you aren’t a gamer, there are some great “games” out there that will give you the opportunity and often times the motivation to get moving.
