Franchise Oppportunity

Generally I don’t look at myself as a business person and sales are definitely not high on my skill’s list.  So, what in the world would I know about a franchise opportunity?  I can give you several examples. 

When the local mall opened in our town, I was about 15 and my father tried to get a franchise restaurant that you will find in almost any and every mall you ever visit.  It didn’t work out for him and I can’t say that it bothered me one bit.  I wasn’t too thrilled at the prospect of spending my high school years hanging out in the restaurant. 

Then, I bought a daycare.  It was owned by an individual and to be perfectly honest, selling it to a franchise crossed my mind on more than one occasion.  So, I do know a bit about what it means to be involved in owning a franchise and to be honest, I would have been thrilled to have had a franchise take over the daycare I owned so that we didn’t have to sell it.  But, alas, it wasn’t meant to be and I ended up back at home, without the daycare and writing online once again.
